
What happens if I'm late to my appointment?
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50% charge.
What if I'm feeling sick?
We appreciate you rescheduling if you're under the weather.

When should I arrive to my appointment?
We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to check-in and unwind to fully enjoy your visit.
Does the salon offer free wifi?
At Grace we offer complimentary wifi and beverages!
How can I prepare for my appointment?
Your stylist will begin with a thorough consultation to tailor your service, please have inspiration photos available.

Does Grace have any client perks?
Yes! $10 off any retail product on your first visit. You can also earn a $10 credit when you refer a friend, no limits!
What if I'm on a tight schedule?
Some of our services can be lengthy processes, please make our staff aware if you are on a strict time schedule.
What qualifies for an adjustment?
We are happy to offer one complimentary adjustment if:
- You notify us within 7 days of your original appointment.
- The service result is not consistent with the consultation.
- You return for the re-do with no signs of outside interference, such as heat damage, water or mineral interference, improper aftercare, swimming, product layering, or third-party alteration.
What does not qualify for an adjustment?
- A change of mind about length, color, shape, or style preferences after the fact.
- Damage caused by improper aftercare or external factors.
- Booking with a different artist for the re-do (unless authorized).
- More than 7 days after the original appointment.

What to do if you're unhappy?
Please call or text us at 607-973-2153 within 7 days. Include photos if possible, and let us know exactly what feels off, we'll schedule a time to fix it with the original artist.

Note: Abuse of our re-do policy (e.g. repeated last-minute dissatisfaction, no-shows for re-dos, or excessive reuqests) may result in the inability to book future services.
